One Account Policy: Each individual player is permitted to maintain only one (1) active me903 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. me903 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, me903 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances therein.

Account Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your me903 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. me903 shall not be liable for any unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify me903 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

• Enable any additional security features offered by the platform where available.

me903 reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects fraudulent activity, misrepresentation, or violation of these Terms.

me903 may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the promotion is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only and may be subject to geographic, account status, or game-specific restrictions.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements, minimum odds, and eligible games will be specified in the applicable promotion terms.

All content on the me903 platform, including but not limited to the me903 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game content, and all other materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of me903 or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the me903 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the me903 platform without prior written consent.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on me903 content.
• Use me903 branding, trademarks, or logos in any manner not expressly authorized.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the me903 platform.

Any unauthorized use of me903 intellectual property may result in legal action. If you believe that any content on the me903 platform infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us using the details provided in Section 14.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, me903 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the me903 platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from game outcomes, technical malfunctions, or platform unavailability.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access, technical failure, or user error.
• Damages arising from reliance on information provided on the me903 platform.
• Interruption or cessation of the me903 service for any reason, including scheduled or unscheduled maintenance.

The me903 platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. me903 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, or freedom from errors or viruses.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude me903's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Republic of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter or formation.

me903 operates in compliance with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Any regulatory complaints may be directed to PAGCOR through its official channels.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification or deletion of a provision shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of these Terms.
